Mitchell tennis picks up road sweep at Huron
Sep. 26—HURON — The Mitchell High School girls tennis team blanked Huron in a road dual on Thursday, sweeping the Tigers 9-0 in matches played in the 10-game pro-set format.
The singles competition was highlighted by Elliot Smith's 10-0 win in the No. 5 flight. The rest of the lineup was nearly as dominant. At the top, Megan Mastel won 10-1 in the Flight 1 spot, while Matteah Graves secured a 10-2 victory at No. 2 singles.
