Clarke v TKV to be shown live on BBC Two on 25 Oct
Frazer Clarke and Jeamie TKV will fight for the British heavyweight title on 25 October in Derby, live on BBC Two and iPlayer.
The headline bout at the Vaillant Arena is the first event in a new partnership between BBC Sport and promoter Boxxer.
Olympic bronze medallist Clarke has won nine pro bouts, with one draw and one defeat. TKV has won eight of his 10 fights.
"It's amazing to be headlining on the BBC. It is such a big platform," Clarke said.
"There are going to be so many eyes on this fight, and I can't wait to get out there and put on a show."
The event will be live between 20:00 and 22:00 BST on BBC Two and the undercard will be shown on BBC iPlayer.
Clarke, from Burton upon Trent, came close to the British crown in March 2024 when he drew with Fabio Wardley.
The 33-year-old was then knocked out in the first round of their rematch seven months later.
"I'm going to be ice cold in there. I've travelled the world as an amateur, I've had my ups and downs as a pro, and I've learned from all of it," he added, insisting that TKV "won't hear the final bell".
The British heavyweight belt has been held by a number of legendary fighters, including Henry Cooper, Lennox Lewis, Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua.
Tottenham's TKV, whose real name is Tshikeva, has eight wins and two defeats as a professional.
He lost his own British title challenge earlier this year when David Adeleye stopped him in the sixth round following a controversial refereeing decision.
TKV appeared to be in control of the fight until he was floored after the referee called for a break and pulled down his left hand, leaving him open for a shot.
He rose to his feet but was stopped moments later after being knocked down again.
"After the controversial ending to my last fight, I'm more determined than ever to get that British title," TKV said. "This fight isn't going the distance. We're going to war, and I'm ready to take that belt."
BBC director of sport Alex Kay-Jelski described the event as "a historic moment in the making", while Boxxer chief Ben Shalom said it was "impossible to call between Frazer and TKV".
Details of the undercard will be announced in the coming weeks.
