Full recap from the LPGA's most glamorous night of the year — the Rolex Awards
The LPGA's most glamorous night of the year moved to Monday as the season's champions gathered on the green carpet for the annual Rolex LPGA Awards. The event, held for the first time at the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort in Naples, Florida, kicked off the festivities this week at the CME Group Tour Championship.
A 360-degree Glambot was the first to greet players as they made their way down the extensive green carpet. The LPGA's Hope Barnett hosted the outside portion, which was streamed live on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Inside, Golf Channel's Tom Abbott guided the evening from the podium.

A number of trophies and Rolex watches were handed out Monday evening. Here's a list of award winners and honorees:
Louise Suggs Rolex Rookie of the Year: Miyu Yamashita
Japan's Yamashita won over the room when she gave her acceptance speech in English. The diminutive player became the third Japanese player to win the award and the second straight after Mao Saigo last year. A 13-time winner on the JLPGA, Yamashita won twice this year, including the AIG Women's British Open. She must win this week's CME to overtake Jeeno Thitikul for the Rolex Player of the Year title.
Rolex Annika Major Award: Minjee Lee
KPMG Women's PGA winner Minjee Lee accepted her second Rolex Annika Major Award for her consistent play at the five LPGA majors. Lee didn't finish outside the top 25 in the majors, adding a third at the Amundi Evian Championship .
Heather Farr Perseverance Award: Lindy Duncan
Lindy Duncan delivered the best speech of the night on Monday when she accepted the Heather Farr Perseverance award, given to a player who, through her hard work, dedication and love of the game of golf, has demonstrated determination, perseverance and spirit in fulfilling her goals as a player.
The veteran Duncan had her best season yet in 2025, with a career-high six top-10 finishes in 2025, highlighted by a playoff loss at The Chevron Championship.
“For years I thought joy was earned," Duncan said. "Through accomplishment, now I believe joy is a choice independent of scores and outcomes. That shift, choosing joy over validation, gave me the freedom to be honest and vulnerable. Freedom to play and live freely.”
Founders Award: Stacy Lewis
Ko was back again to present the recently retired Lewis the Founders Award, given to an LPGA Member who, in the opinion of her playing peers, best exemplifies the spirit, ideals and values of the LPGA through her behavior and deeds. The two-time U.S. Solheim Cup captain, two-time major winner and former No. 1 told those in the room, "I love this tour … I challenge all of you to take care of it in a way our founders would approve."
Commissioner's Award: LPGA Hall of Fame members
To celebrate the tour's 75th anniversary, this year's Commissioner's Award went to the LPGA Hall of Fame members. A handful of members were present to receive the award, including Judy Rankin, Nancy Lopez, Annika Sorenstam, Lydia Ko and Betsy King.
The stories told from the stage were priceless.
