Jones says White's denial of UFC White House negotiation is ‘bullsh*t’

LAS VEGAS – Jon Jones is not happy and he's calling "bullsh*t" on Dana White's most recent claims.

Jones, an MMA legend and former two-division UFC champion, was upset at White claiming that Jones was never in the runing to fight at the UFC event at the White House on June 14, and that any claims Jones made of potentially fighting on the card were false. In a now-deleted rant on X, Jones went off on White, and refuted the claims of false negotitions.

Many fans expected Jones to be part of the UFC White House announcement at Saturday's UFC 326. However, the interim heavyweight title booked on the card, ended up being a fight between Alex Pereira, who vacated his light heavyweight belt for this opportunity, and veteran contender Ciryl Gane.

Jones, 38, just as recently as last weekend told fans at an appearance that he was in negotiations with the promotion to fight on the UFC White House card. Shortly after vacating the heavyweight title and retiring from MMA in June 2025, Jones said he was making a comeback, specifically to fight at the White House event. Since, he's insisted on making a return, but White has said otherwise.
