The UFC’s lone March event at the Meta APEX was one to remember with UFC Fight Night 269 on Saturday in Las Vegas delivering arguably the card of the year for 2025 so far.

The entertaining night was capped off by the emergence of a new featherweight contender when Kevin Vallejos (18-1 MMA, 4-0 UFC) backed up his hype with a first-round TKO of Josh Emmett (19-7 MMA, 10-7 UFC).

Event stats

The UFC Promotional Guidelines Compliance payout for the event totaled $ 236,500.

Debuting fighters went 3-0 at the event.

Vallejos, Manoel Sousa, Marwan Rahiki and Harry Hardwick, earned $ 100,000 UFC Fight Night 269 fight-night bonuses. Three fighters earned $ 25,000 finish bonuses.

The UFC sold VIP tickets to fans for UFC Fight Night 269, but the promotion did not make public the total number of tickets sold or the gate.

Betting favorites went 13-1 on the card.

Betting favorites improved to 3-4 in UFC headliners this year.

Total fight time for the 14-bout card was 2:40:20.

Kevin Vallejos def. Josh Emmett

Vallejos has earned 15 of his 18 career victories by stoppage.

Vallejos has earned all three of his UFC stoppage victories by knockout.

Emmett’s three-fight losing skid is the longest of his career. He hasn’t earned a victory since Decemeber 2023.

Emmett fell to 1-5 in his past six fights dating back to February 2023.

Emmett fell to 8-5 since he dropped to the UFC featherweight division in October 2017.

Emmett has suffered four of his five UFC featherweight losses by stoppage.

Gillian Robertson def. Amanda Lemos

Gillian Robertson (17-8 MMA, 14-6 UFC) improved to 6-1 since she dropped to the UFC strawweight division in April 2023.

Robertson’s five-fight UFC winning streak at strawweight is tied with Zhang Weili for the longest active streak in the division.

Robertson’s 14 victories in UFC women’s competition are fourth-most in company history behind Jessica Andrade (17), Amanda Nunes (16) and Valentina Shevchenko (15).

Jose Delgado def. Andre Fili

Jose Delgado (10-3 MMA, 2-2 UFC) earned the first decision victory of his career.

Marwan Rahiki def. Harry Hardwick

Marwan Rahiki (8-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) has earned all eight of his career victories by stoppage.

Harry Hardwick (13-5-1 MMA, 0-2 UFC) has suffered both of his UFC losses by stoppage.

Ion Cutelaba vs. Oumar Sy

Ion Cutelaba (20-11-1 MMA, 9-10-1 UFC) has earned 17 of his 20 career victories by stoppage.

Oumar Sy (12-2 MMA, 3-2 UFC) fell to 1-2 in his past three fights after starting his career 11-0.

Sy suffered the first stoppage loss of his career with a submission defeat.

Charles Johnson def. Bruno Silva

Charles Johnson (19-8 MMA, 8-5 UFC) has earned five of his eight UFC victories by decision.

Myktybek Orolbai def. Chris Curtis

Myktybek Orolbai (16-3-1 MMA, 5-1 UFC) improved to 3-0 in UFC welterweight competition.

Orolbai’s 19 takedowns landed set a new single-fight record for a UFC welterweight bout.

Chris Curtis (32-13 MMA, 6-5 UFC) fell to 1-1 since he dropped to the UFC welterweight division in July 2025.

Curtis has suffered 10 of his 13 career losses by decision. That includes four of his five UFC defeats.

Vitor Petrino def. Steven Asplund

Vitor Petrino (14-2 MMA, 7-2 UFC) improved to 3-0 since he moved up to the heavyweight division in July 2025.

Petrino’s three-fight UFC winning streak at heavyweight is tied for the second-longest active streak in the division behind Valter Walker (four).

Steven Asplund (7-2 MMA, 1-1 UFC) suffered the first decision loss of his career.

Elijah Smith def. SuYoung You

Elijah Smith (10-1 MMA, 3-0 UFC) has earned seven of his 10 career victories by stoppage.

SuYoung You (16-4 MMA, 3-1 UFC) suffered the first submission loss of his career.

Manoel Sousa def. Bolaji Oki

Manoel Sousa (13-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) has earned 12 of his 13 career victories by stoppage.

Bolaji Oki (10-4 MMA, 2-3 UFC) suffered the first knockout loss of his career.

Eryk Anders def. Brad Tavares

Eryk Anders (18-8 MMA, 10-9 UFC) retired from MMA competition after his win.

Brad Tavares (21-12 MMA, 16-12 UFC) fell to 2-6 in his past eight fights dating back to July 2022.

Bia Mesquita def. Montse Rendon

Bia Mesquita (7-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC) has earned all seven of her career victories by stoppage.

Montse Rendon (7-2 MMA, 2-2 UFC) suffered the first stoppage loss of her career with a submission defeat.

Piera Rodriguez def. Sam Hughes

Piera Rodriguez (12-2 MMA, 5-2 UFC) has earned all five of her UFC victories by decision.
