UFC HOFers Cormier, Bisping named Season 34 'Ultimate Fighter' coaches

The UFC's long-running reality competition series will return in June for a 34th season.

Season 34 of "The Ultimate Fighter" will premiere June 14 on Paramount+ following the UFC's planned event at the White House, the promotion announced Thursday. Set to coach the fighters on the show will be Hall of Famers Daniel Cormier and Michael Bisping, both of whom are regular analysts on the UFC's broadcast team.

Cormier, a former light heavyweight and heavyweight champion, and Bisping, an ex-middleweight titleholder, will coach women's strawweights and men's bantamweights on the show.

Following the June 14 season debut, new episodes in the 12-episode season will stream each Tuesday on Paramount+.

Cormier will be the first person to have back-to-back head coaching stints on "TUF" in its long history. He will be a head coach on the show for the third time. Just this past year, he coached opposite Chael Sonnen on Season 33 of the show. He also coached Season 27 opposite Stipe Miocic.

But Bisping will be a head coach on the show for the third time, as well. The Season 3 "Ultimate Fighter" winner coached Season 9 against Dan Henderson and Season 14 opposite Jason Miller.

"The Ultimate Fighter" has produced many successful UFC fighters, including future champions including Forrest Griffin, Rashad Evans, TJ Dillashaw, Robert Whittaker, Carla Esparza, Rose Namajunas and others.

Past seasons of "The Ultimate Fighter" will be available next month on Paramount+, which became the UFC's new broadcast home at the start of the year.
