Tennis Star Jack Draper Debuts New Hairstyle – And Fans Are Angry About It
Jack Draper hasn't been on the court all that much since the 2025 US Open in late August, and yet, he's trending on social media this weekend.
Draper, the former No. 4 player in the world, won the Indian Wells Open in 2025 and had career-best finishes at the Australian Open and Roland-Garros. Unfortunately, he was sidelined for several months due to a left arm injury.
"I'm sorry to say I'll be withdrawing from the US Open," Draper wrote on social media. "I tried my very best to be here and give myself the every chance to play but the discomfort in my arm has become (too) much and I have to do what is right and look after myself."
Draper returned to the court this February and immediately picked up a 6-2, 6-2 win for Great Britain in the Davis Cup.
While we're not entirely sure why, Draper decided to make a huge change to his appearance following his victory over Norway's Viktor Durasovic.
On Saturday afternoon, Draper revealed that he's now sporting a shaved head. For the past few years, tennis fans have fallen in love with his hairstyle.
As of this moment though, Draper looks like a totally different person.

Fans react to Draper's new look.
The early reactions to Draper's hairstyle haven't been kind. Most of his fans are questioning why he touched his hair in the first place.
"Jack, you had one job. One. Don’t touch your hair," one fan commented. "What did you do?"
"GROW THE HAIR BACK!! You've devastated the internet," a second fan wrote.
"Hmmm maybe bad shot selection from him here," another fan said.
"Did you lose a bet Jack," an Instagram user asked.
Only time will tell if Draper grows out his hair again. For now, we're just glad he's back on the court.
