The UFC is back in New Jersey this week with two titles at the top of the lineup in Newark.

Here's how to watch UFC 316 with the bantamweight and women's bantamweight titles on the line at the top of the card.

Broadcast and streaming info

UFC 316 has a main card that starts at 10 p.m. ET on pay-per-view via ESPN+. The preliminary card airs on ESPN and streams on ESPN+ at 8 p.m. ET, and early prelims stream on ESPN+ at 6 p.m. ET.

Longtime UFC correspondent Heidi Androl will conduct pre and post-fight interviews backstage with some of the athletes on the UFC 316 card, as well as report additional real-time updates for the event.

Dan Hellie will host the official UFC 316 weigh-in show on Friday at 8:50 a.m. ET/5:50 a.m. PT. He'll be joined by UFC Hall of Famers Daniel Cormier and Frankie Edgar, as well as Laura Sanko.

Retired light heavyweight contender Anthony Smith, former UFC title challenger Chael Sonnen and Teddy Atlas will serve as desk analysts on the UFC 316 post-fight show and throughout the card, when necessary. Brett Okamoto will serve as desk host with Jon Anik joining the desk post-fight.

Jon Anik will serve as the leading man on the mic from cageside at UFC 316. He will command play-by-play alongside color commentators, former two-division UFC champion Daniel Cormier and Joe Rogan. Din Thomas will also contribute to the broadcast as a coach-analyst.

Main event: Merab Dvalishvili

• Record: 19-4 MMA, 12-2 UFC
• Opponent: Sean O'Malley (18-2 MMA, 10-2 UFC)
• Division: Bantamweight
• Key wins: Umar Nurmagomedov, Sean O’Malley, Henry Cejudo, Petr Yan, Jose Aldo
• Misc.: It’s been more than seven years since Dvalishvili lost a fight. He already has a win over O’Malley to take the title, and he wasted no time with a brilliant defense three months later against Nurmagomedov – in which he was a champion underdog.

Main event: Sean O'Malley

• Record: 18-2 MMA, 10-2 UFC
• Opponent: Merab Dvalishvili (19-4 MMA, 12-2 UFC)
• Division: Bantamweight
• Key wins: Marlon Vera, Aljamain Sterling, Petr Yan
• Misc.: O’Malley will attempt to become a two-time champion in the second rematch of his career. The first rematch came against Vera in his first title defense as bantamweight champion at UFC 299. His next time out, he lost the belt to Dvalishvili.

Co-main event: Julianna Peña

• Record: 13-5 MMA, 8-3 UFC
• Opponent: Kayla Harrison (18-1 MMA, 2-0 UFC)
• Division: Women’s bantamweight
• Key wins: Raquel Pennington, Amanda Nunes, Sara McMann, Cat Zingano
• Misc.: Peña became a two-time champion when she took a split decision from Pennington this past October. It was a fight that roughly 95 percent of media members scored for Pennington. That may lend some credence to why Peña is such a big betting underdog as the champion.

Co-main event: Kayla Harrison

• Record: 18-1 MMA, 2-0 UFC
• Opponent: Julianna Peña (13-5 MMA, 8-3 UFC)
• Division: Women’s bantamweight
• Key wins: Ketlen Vieira, Holly Holm, Aspen Ladd, Larissa Pacheco (twice)
• Misc.: Two-time Olympic judo gold medalist and two-time PFL champion Harrison needed just two wins to get a UFC title shot and comes in as one of the most heavily favored challengers in UFC title history at more than 6-1.

UFC debut: Patchy Mix

• Record: 20-1
• Opponent: Mario Bautista (15-2 MMA, 9-2 UFC)
• Division: Bantamweight
• Key wins: Magomed Magomedov (twice), Sergio Pettis, Raufeon Stots, Kyoji Horiguchi
• Misc.: Mix arrives as a dominant Bellator champion, potentially with a chip on his shoulder after sitting out more than a year after the PFL effectively shelved the company and his services. The Las Vegas-based 31-year-old is engaged to UFC women’s standout Tatiana Suarez and will be expected to make a quick entry to contender status in his new home promotion.

UFC debut: Andreas Gustafsson

• Record: 11-2
• Opponent: Khaos Williams (15-4 MMA, 6-3 UFC)
• Division: Welterweight
• Misc.: 34-year-old Swede got to the UFC through DWCS this past August. He was set to debut against Trevin Giles this past Saturday until Giles pulled out with an injury just before weigh-ins. Now he gets a bigger venue and stage.

UFC debut: Joo Sang Yoo

• Record: 8-0
• Opponent: Jeka Saragih (14-4 MMA, 1-2 UFC)
• Division: Featherweight
• Misc.: 31-year-old South Korean has half of his pro wins by finish, including three knockouts. 

UFC debut: Mark Choinski

• Record: 8-0
• Opponent: MarQuel Mederos (10-1 MMA, 2-0 UFC)
• Division: Lightweight
• Misc.: 29-year-old protege of Anthony Pettis and champion of the ex-UFC titleholder’s promotion in Wisconsin takes a short-notice opportunity against Mederos, who was supposed to fight Bolaji Oki two days ago, but pulled out – only to be quickly rebooked against Choinski in Newark.
