Melquizael Costa, Julian Erosa link up at hospital after UFC Fight of the Night battle
Melquizael Costa and Julian Erosa were immediately transported to a hospital after their hard-fought battle at UFC Fight Night 256.
Costa (24-7 MMA, 5-2 UFC) and Erosa (31-12 MMA, 9-8 UFC) put on a gruelling three-round battle on Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, and as a result, both men received an additional $ 50,000 for Fight of the Night honors. In the end, Costa was awarded the unanimous decision victory.
Although they did not get a chance to speak with media in the aftermath of the event, they did get a chance to share a moment together at the hospital in “Sin City.”
Erosa shared an image of himself and Costa in the emergency room as they received medical treatment for the clash. Check it out below (via Instagram):
