Texas A&M women's tennis punches ticket to ITA Indoors
Texas A&M's women's tennis program has punched its ticket to the ITA Indoors, following a clean 4-0 sweep of Arizona State on Tuesday.
The extreme cold forced the contest to be moved to the Hawkins Indoor Tennis Center in Waco, Texas, but the Aggies kept the court warm with a fiery performance against the Sun Devils, improving to 5-0 on the season. Texas A&M has yet to drop a point in the spring so far, as they continue their dominance as the No. 2 team in the country.
With the 4-0 win over Arizona State, the Maroon and White officially secured their spot in the Indoor Championship on Feb. 6-10 in Illinois.
