Former flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo will be an underdog for the fourth straight outing, but for his upcoming UFC 324 bout against Umar Nurmagomedov, the odds have never been wider in his UFC career.

Nurmagomedov (19-1 MMA, 7-1 UFC) returned to the win column in his last outing, following the first loss of his career. Last January at UFC 311, he earned his first title shot but lost a Fight of the Night unanimous decision to Merab Dvalishvili. Nurmagomedov rebounded with a unanimous nod over Mario Bautista at UFC 321 in October.
Figueiredo (25-5-1 MMA, 14-5-1 UFC), the former 125-pound champion, has built a 4-2 record since moving up to bantamweight. He won his first three appearances, but then suffered back-to-back losses to current champion Petr Yan and former title challenger Cory Sandhagen. Figueiredo bounced back with a split decision win over Montel Jackson in October.
The former champ was an underdog in his three previous fights, with the highest odds at +380 against Sandhagen. The last time Figueiredo was a favorite was against Marlon Vera (-135), a fight he won by unanimous decision.
